….we are writing to say a big thank you for the warm welcome you gave our family. It’s not very often that you find somewhere so lovely and friendly that caters for young children – most places turn their nose up at you before you get to your table, but our time at The Thatch was so different. Nothing was too much trouble. The bar and waiting on staff were lovely to us and our 2½ year old son and the food was excellent. That’s why we felt we had to put pen to paper and thank you all as you really made our day and we couldn’t send more praise to you all. …..we both felt that after yesterday’s luncheon at The Thatch to celebrate our Ruby wedding with our friends we must write to say how much we all enjoyed ourselves. The staff were so helpful, the arrangements as agreed were perfect and the food was excellent. It will be a day for us to remember for ever.
